请教各位， IEC61643-1 的FUSINGTEST（熔断测试）主要测什么
客户样品要求如下：
1  SPD with Varistor removed and a short placed in place of the varistor
2  NPE with the gas arrester removed and a short placed in place ofthe Arrester
